The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially during our late-night check-in, providing coffee while we waited. The room was spacious, and the empty fridge was a great touch for keeping our drinks cool.

It was a bit on the pricey side, but I'd consider that acceptable for the value.

Dining service lacked attention and quality. my fish brochette was overpriced and underwhelming, dampening the dining experience.

The family suite was spacious and offered two TVs, a Tassimo coffee machine, and a large bathroom. The warm welcome with fresh apples and a souvenir bag was a nice personal touch, making us feel appreciated.

The restaurant experience was a letdown. after waiting for 15 minutes, we walked out since there was no service. Room service was pricey, and while the cheeseburger was excellent, the pasta dish was a watery mess. Not to mention, navigating around the hotel was a bit tricky due to dim lighting in some areas, and the lack of clarity in using the shower's large rain faucet was frustrating. the noise from a rattling outside and the bustling bar environment impacted the calm we were hoping for.

the room was super clean with modern decor and had a comfortable bed, fridge, and tea/coffee maker. enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with fresh pastries and hot dishes. the indoor swimming pool was heated and relaxing. The gym was free to use. overall, this place ticks all the boxes for a good stay.

this hotel is super clean and modern, the bed was really comfy, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection and was pretty tasty. it was also in a great location, close to the ferry port and easy to get around. definitely enjoyed my stay here more than i expected.

the decor in some areas felt a bit old and tired, which was kinda disappointing. also, parking could get a bit crowded during the busy times.

The walk-in wardrobe in my room was spacious, but the coat hangers were broken, leading to some minor inconveniences.
